RURAPP M2M is a think tank, publisher and business incubator of rural trade & traceability strategies and models lead by an advisory board of experienced agricultural product farmer value chains. The Advisory Board members have active projects within the Rurapp Architecture and are actively adjusting their own business systems to seamlessly collaborate with the Rurapp trade and traceability systems. As Project participants and Advisory Board advocates, the Board, chaired by founding Rurapp Director, Simon Agius, continually provides technical and on ground practical feedback on all Rurapp innovation technology developments.

The group thinks and devices Rurapp project tests concerning real life scenarios in the rural sector and applies new M2M technologies to bridge the gap. At all times there is an understanding of the Godder intelligent database & communication infrastructure for placing information into the Godder database which then can be searched, analyzed and data/communication pushed to single and multiple places and devices instantly.

Basically each application specializes in delivering seamless rural trade and traceability applications and associated Machine to Machine devices that provide seamless data verification for the effective tracking of natural products grown, harvested & processed by rural farmer’s and value chains worldwide.

Traceability information can be provided at any step in the value chain and in such a manner appropriate to the request and partnership. RurApp can act as a service provider to manager partners traceability requirements

The group is supported by manufacturers wishing to work with the Rurapp economy. The buyers of the agricultural products supplied by the Client Organization are provided with a full traceability report for their entire purchase. This includes, harvest/pick up date and Rural area where the product came from. This capacity is known as food traceability, which, is the ultimate way to sell food and can attract loyal buyers who subsequently use the traceability factor to provide assurance to their customers.
